Does anyone know how this fares in a rv trailer? I’m just worried about the heat and cold of our Ontario weather.

We do not recommend that this is put in a RV Trailer because of all the temperature changes.

Would this stick to plastic / vapour barrier ?

I doubt it would stick to solid, hard plastic effectively. It is wallpaper so the backing needs to be solid so vapour barrier would be a poor backing.

The backing is not overly sticky so it might in the beginning but over time it could possibly start to peel off.
