Description
Improve the thermal environment of your home with this R14 Comfortbatt insulation from ROCKWOOL. Able to protect up to 68 sq. ft., the insulation is 48 in L x 16 1/4 in W with a thickness of 3 1/2 in. This attic thermal insulation is stone wool, which is effective insulation as well as a useful sound-absorbent and fire-resistant material. A facing layer protects the drywall in moist environments to keep mould and mildew from growing. The product's vapour retardants prevent wood from rotting by keeping condensation from forming. It's CFC- and HCFC-free and has GREENGUARD Gold Certification, which confirms it's safe for use in homes, schools and healthcare facilities. The insulation has a GREENGUARD Gold Certification to identify it as eco-friendly.

Wrong description
This insulation has no spacial backing to protect it fro. Moisture or mildew. I purchased ten of to insulate my garage addict thinking that it was specifically made for attics. I contacted Rona to informed them that the description of this product was completely inaccurate, but a year later, the wrong description is still posted on their website. Shame on you Rona
