The problem with this tool is that the bottom perpendicular brace was not at a 90° angle with the blade on each side (like an upside down V shape). This made each cut on a slight angle. Besides that it worked great. I used it for vinyl flooring.

This is a joke
I bought it yesterstay and returned it today. The blade is 5 mm flat. They forgot to sharpen it. Lowes knows the issue but they are still trying to sell this cutter at a low price. (If you want to laught ask a vendor to do a demo for you) I will recommend to people who are not my friend (lol)

Good and bad
For the price. , hard to complain , but a simple tweak would make it so much better
A L shaped edge to rest one edge on would help keep it more square when cutting
Right now it moves around a lot while cutting unnecessarily
