- Unglued veneer requires bonding with contact adhesive (any wood glue can be used by following the manufacturer's instruction)
- Made of pre-sanded real wood
- More resistant to moisture than solid wood
- These backings provide an impervious barrier that prevents adhesive from penetrating to the wood surface
- The manufacturing components used for the Serenity line meet the highest levels of GREENGUARD certification for their low rate of chemical emissions making this a green choice
- The low concentrations of the total volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and formaldehyde (less than 0.5 mg/m3) reduce the impact on human health in the home
