Are these soft-closing hinges? Meaning the door will close slowly by itself?

What size screws are used to mount this hardware? We have these and two of the screws are now lost and need to be replaced so it will close again
I would think they are #8 and they need to be slightly shorter than the thickness of the cabinet door. The best thing to do is take a screw out of another hinge, put it in a baggie (so you don't loose it) and take it to Lowes to mach it up.

some of the doors in our kitchen are no longer closing is there something I can do to adjust the hinges?
We need a bit more information here as to why they are not closing. Are the doors warped (bowing in or out)? If so, you are out of luck. Is the return spring in the hinge broken? If so you are out of luck. If the top or bottom of the door is striking the cabinet first than yes you can adjust the hinge to correct this problem. If the doors are hanging on an angle so that the two adjacent doors are bumping into one another (the space between the doors is not uniform when both doors are closed) than yes adjust the hinges to rotate the doors. Is the inside of the door (by the hinge) rubbing against the cabinet frame. If yes, you can move the door away from the cabinet frame by adjusting the hinge.

how do you release the hinge from the wall plate
The portion of the hinge that attaches to the door has an internal spring. Be careful when installing the cabinet hinge as it is easy to put them on backwards. There is an arrow etched into the cabinet hinge. Clip the door and cabinet pieces together before installing so you know which way to install the cabinet hinge paying attention to the direction of the arrow.

Do these hinges come with the closing mechanism, in otherwards are they ready to be installed out of the box.
Yes, they are ready to be installed. If you are replacing broken ones, as I was, make sure you have the identical ones to the old hinges. For new installations, you have to drill a hole, it's about one inch, with a Forstner bit.

It says "full overlay." Is that for a 1/2" cabinet or 3/4"? I have 3/4" cabinets I need full overlay hinges for.

Happy with Quality and Price
BLUM makes good quality parts as they are manufactured in Austria or USA. The hinges come with the backing plate and mounting screws. I would recommend the product. On a different topic, I have purchased drawer slides from a local building centre that were manufactured in China and the metal was one-half the thickness of the equivalent BLUM model. The BLUM models was only a few dollars more expensive and well worth it.
