Good for certain uses
I bought this to seal grout in my kitchen backsplash and it leaks out if you use it horizontally. I did however use it to seal grout on a titled bar and using it vertically it works pretty good.

Excellent product
I bought one a few weeks ago to seal the grout on my floor, after hours of cleaning. It made the job so easy. Yesterday I bought another one so my husband can share the fun!
