Rated 1 out of 5 by Jordan from We have had this for 2 days.... 2 days!!!!! first day everything was just fine cooling properly. woke up the next morning and had maybe 15 pieces of ice... and this morning the bottom freezer is not making ice and all of my food in the freezer is thawed out. its chill in the freezer but it is not keeping m food frozen. i lowered the temperature to -4 but it still feels the same! also having issues with our bran new samsung dishwasher we got 2 days ago. installed it (properly) but it will not come on! definitely disappointed in samsung right now. i spent almost 6k on refrigerator, dishwasher and range and only thing working properly is the range...which i use the lease!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kat38 from Worst fridge ever the size is not standard its bigger than other same models i purchased from home depot and they were unable to put in the place , so they did not install it completely they just put it somewhere in my dining room i had to spend $400 to cut cabinet and fix height i had to spend $275 to install water to fridge still there’s no enough space around fridge because of the width my stuffs inside fridge are freezing manual says press fridge button to change temperature but its not working also i bought this piece of garbage $2450 before tax on feb and now its $400 cheaper! there’s no customer service , no back ups! dont buy it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Fpatters from HORRIBLE PRODUCT! do not buy this product! we purchased this refrigerator in october 2020. it stopped working in december. we had our first service call in february only to be told to dump out the ice every 2 to 3 days. that is absolutely absurd! it went out again in march. we had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food. had another service in march to be told that multiple items needed to be replaced, but no one in my area could fix it. we have third service scheduled to see if they can fix it. so hundreds of dollars, lost time, and loss pto later...i still can't go buy groceries. i hope samsung is prepared to reimburse us for having to eat out all the time and for the groceries we had to waste! i want my money back!

Rated 1 out of 5 by dory from Don't purchase i hate this refrigerator. i probably say out loud i hate this fridge at least 5 times a week. the shelves do not allow for tall items. i have to put the milk in the door and if i have jugs or pitchers there is no place to put them. if i remove a shelf for a large item, then i loose out on all that shelf space. in addition, my water and ice dispenser will just turn off on their own. and then i am without ice for who knows how long. i can't figure out how to get the ice back on. this was a rapid purchase because my fridge broke during lockdown and when i went to buy a new one, i had to buy what was available. fridges were on back order for 6 weeks. i should have bought a cooler and waited.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bec5 from Don't buy@@@ this looks like a great fridge, beautiful stainless steel. but when you wake up to curdled milk because the twin panel in the back has froze over, you lose an entire fridge full of food it is not worth it! it happens every few months you'll notice it gets a really loud noise because the fan is trying to cool but it is frozen. do yourself a favor and just don't buy this fridge.

We needed extra space and better interior organization and this one did it! We've been using it for ~2 weeks now and with the split door option, I believe it provides easy access to the contents inside. XPO delivery was excellent! The installers did everything from unwrapping, hooking up, removing all the shipping protection film, to going through how to operate. The unit was sufficiently packed and we found nothing wrong with exterior. A couple of noticeable advantages to this refrigerator are the smudge-proof stainless steel, the interior lighting, and the full-width shelving. We have kids and their fingers are on everything! With this unit we have not had to use the famous stainless steel cleaner at all! The exterior still looks amazing and after owning for a couple of weeks, not have to wipe prints off is absolutely wonderful! The interior lighting is nothing short of great! In the past, I have always complained on various fridges that the mfrs need to put more strategically located lighting inside, well this one is great! With contents at different heights and widths, I'm still able to see and find what I want. Lastly, the full width shelving is ALWAYS a perk (reason why we buy these type of fridges). You can fit large casserole dishes and with the full width, nothing really gets lost (thinking about that missing sour cream that always gets old in the back of the fridge...). If you are looking for new fridge with full width shelving and water/ice dispenser from a reputable mfr, this is the ONE!

The doors have an automatic close feature that does not work at all, in fact the doors stick open about an inch most of the time and require an additional push to close. To replace the filter, you have to move the refrigerator and turn off the water connection. It has two ice makers, one from the door and one in the freezer. We never use the one in the freezer. Everything about this refrigerator is poorly engineered and unnecessarily complex. Unfortunately it works well and I am stuck with it for another decade. I love my Samsung TVs, so I assumed the fridge would be just as nice a product. It is not!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Transam1 from Nice unit with only one glitch [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few months back and in general it is a nice unit with better storage than the Whirlpool that failed at 2 years. (junk) Anyway the only issue we had was when the ice maker stopped for some reason for 3 days. Water worked but nothing in the way of ice. We noticed water dripping on floor and I discovered ice had blocked the chute that drops the ice out. The ice melting was dripping on the floor. Cleared the blockage and unplugged fridge and then plugged back in. After a day ice maker started working again with no problem. That was about 2 months ago. I would give it 5 stars if not for the ice issue.
