Description
QuietWalk PLUS is a premium 100 sq. ft. flooring underlayment choice allowing firm support for multiple types of flooring with great acoustic benefits. Built with sound reduction and water protection in mind. QuietWalk PLUS's vapor barrier is specially formulated to accept glue and nail down installations.
- Use with laminate, floating engineered, nail down and glue-down flooring
- Superior sound reduction: recycled fibres absorb sound and keep it from travelling to other rooms, they also make click-together floating floors sound solid underfoot
- Compression resistant: dense recycled fibre structure supports the click-together mechanism and will uphold its configuration under the consistent traffic of the overlying floor
- Moisture protection: recycled fibres allow installation over concrete to breathe, managing vapours from becoming bulk moisture; the attached vapour barrier protects the overlying floors from harmful moisture
- Certified clean and safe indoor air quality: No VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds) or off-gassing from materials
- Approved for in-floor radiant heat systems: allows heat to permeate evenly while helping to protect the floor covering material from thermal shock
- Easy installation: roll out and join the seam

I’ve done my reaserch. Rubber underlayment is the way to go as underlayment.

You can hear the difference!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this. I put it under the vinyl floor we just finished and it is amazing to hear the difference between this and before when we had a vinyl floor but did not have this underlayment. You can also feel the difference in the temperature. It does not get as cold with this extra barrier. I would highly recommend it.

Quality product, works well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this underlayment to put in a laminate tile floor. I love it, the floor is warmer than normal in bare feet. It is made out of quality materials, includes a vapor barrier, how can you resist. In older houses this underlayment is FANTASTIC!

Great to have if laying flooring
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been laying some new hardwood floors in our hallway and wanted to make sure that it was quiet near the bedrooms. This QuietWalk underlayment worked great. It is dense and can be a little tough to cut, but that helps make it sound dampening. It was easy to install and we have had no issues since installing our floors.

Easy setup

I had no complications with using this floor barrier. Definitely recommend for anyone to use this if they’re doing, they’re at home projects on their own.

Awesome Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet Walk Plus is a great product. We got a 100 sq ft roll to use in our hallway and it fit perfect,we didn't even have to cut anything off. It was so easy to install, we just laid it over our existing sub wood floor and tacked down the edges and installed wood planks over top. It has made such a difference specially with kids running up and down the hall. Enhanced vapor barrier protection, superior sound reduction, thermal insulation and it's made of 94% recycled materials Awesome Product.

Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this when I was putting gin new hardwood flooring in the upstairs in my house in hope that movement upstairs wouldn't be noticable downstairs and it works great! It insulates the flooring very well and I can't hear any movement upstairs. I would definitely buy this again!

Good product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got to try the QuietWalk plus underpayment for hardwood, laminate and vinyl plank flooring and really liked it. It’s rated for residential and commercial use. Can use over wood and concrete subfloors. It has a vapor barrier for better moisture protection. Has thermal insulation, sound protection and made from 94% recycled material. Easy to install just roll out with vapor barrier film facing up and the trim. Butt them together leaving no gaps, remove the tape strip and secure. Before installing subfloor must be tested for moisture. Overall this was easy to install and time will tell on durability.
