How do I make sense of the dimensions for metal stringers?
It would appear that the rise of the stringer is 21 inches from ground level, the total length of stringer is 29 inches, and the width to attach your lumber is 2 inches.

Picture shows predrilled holes for steps but nothing mentioned in specs. If they are predrilled what fastener do I use for 5/4 deck boards or 2 " pressure treated wood?
