Hi, what are the required tools to install this product and how I can install it vertically 100%
You will need a sledge hammer or heavy hammer as well as a 8ft 2x4 for installation. A shorter piece of 2x4 will help to get it started. To keep it plumb use a piece of 1/2" rebar about 2 -3 ft long and drive that plumb where you want to install the Pylex screw. The screw is hollow and will fit over the rebar and follow it.

great idea, Bought 6, broke 2, returning them all
Bought 6 adjustable anchor screws. Hammered in the 48" rebar first. Using a 48" 4x4 got to about 36" in depth and got stuck on what I assume is a rock and broke the square collar. backed it out hammered it down some and tried again, broke another collar. Tried a different location and that one just spins to no end at about 20" in depth. Taking these all back and getting the Titan version

Can't handle obstacles
At the first sign of resistance the square steel cap peeled apart at the weld, leaving the post lodged 18 inches in the ground. Nowhere near strong enough for going deeper.

Worked out better than expected
Happy I went with these foundation spikes over digging for concrete ones. Straight forward to install, after watching the online video. Make sure you use a rebar to help guide the spike into the ground as you screw it in. Rebar helps it to get through tough clay soil conditions here in Brampton. Did have to re-position two of the screw piles after screwing them in as they bottomed out on something or hit a rock. Not too big of a deal as you just un-scew it from the ground and try again nearby. With extra rebar. Overall happy I went with them, I think it was way easier than having someone dig the proper depth holes and then concrete and all that. Now to see how they make out with the deck on them.
You have to order these on Lowes.ca and have them shipped to your house, as they are not available any where nearby.
Installation does take a bit of a learning curve but after the first one the rest go pretty easy as long as they don't hit anything. Watch out for old concrete piers.

Easy installation
I am putting an extension on my rear deck and only need to add one more post due to how it is layed out. Anyways I ordered one of the adjustable Pylex foundation screws and it was super easy to install. It is much easier than excavating and getting sonotube, concrete etc. It went into position in about 5 minutes tops. I am using a 6x6 post so I bought the 4x4 version (as you need this for installation) and then also bought a short 6x6 adjustable version for $15.00. Once installation was done I put the 6x6 top on and I good to go. Check YouTube for installation video if you want to see how quick they install.
