It is a floating floor that "clicks" together on all 4 sides making it unnecessary to fasten it to the subfloor. It is completely eco-friendly for both residential and public environment. It feels like real wood under your feet, only quieter. With its polyurethane wear layer and UV topcoat is just as durable as laminate only more versatile.
