It is an upgrade and improvement of regular luxury vinyl flooring which employs extrude technology to provide a very stable composite flooring with rigid polymer core substrate. The GEF SPC flooring is extremely realistic looking, 100% waterproof, highly stain and scratch resistant, non-toxic and lead-free. It is a floating floor that "clicks" together on all 4 sides making it unnecessary to fasten it to the subfloor. It is completely eco-friendly for both residential and public environment. It feels like real wood under your feet, only quieter. With its polyurethane wear layer and UV topcoat is just as durable as laminate only more versatile. It is ideal for areas where laminate and wood are not, like basements, bathrooms or any room with high or fluctuating humidity.
