Description

This ready-mix joint compound from CertainTeed is lighter than conventional ready-mix joint compounds. It's designed for all phases of drywall finishing: taping and finishing of wallboard joints, trimming corners, and fastening. Moreover, it's perfect for patching and repairing of plaster walls, skim coating and simple texturing. In fact, it can be used on any interior gypsum board. Rated 4 out of 5 by HRawi from Smooth & Easy to Work with! I removed a popcorn celling and had to apply two coats of plastering before painting. The product consistency was good and made my job easy. I didn't encounter bubbles during the application. During time: I applied in the summer so it about 2-3 hours for complete dry.

Rated 2 out of 5 by ellsjay from Bubbles Bubbles come out during and appear after application. Compound is easy to sand but far too soft. Damages easily with fingernails .I will buy synko again.
