Rated 2 out of 5 by KatieA from Magnets aren't strong enough The magnets don't have enough strength to keep the rod attached to the door after the curtains are on. My rod kept sliding down the door or falling off every time I tried to adjust the curtains. The only thing that worked was to put them above the window frame to keep them from slipping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tula2 from very convenient I purchased this for my door which has a small window & I'm using this to hang a sheer drape on it for privacy. This magnetic rod is perfect for this, as I didn't want to drill holes in the door for other kind of curtain rods.

Curtains constantly fall off steel doors. Lightweight cotton unlined curtains are too much for these magnets. Waste of 3 hours of travel and placement time.
