17” diameter at the bottom. If you ask customer service they have no idea and the description online doesn’t help

Love the look of it but keep in mind if you have a dimly lit dining space or a large table it spot lights the table rather than lighting the room. It is fairly tightly woven and it is larger than the picture. I’m pleased with the look of it for the price.
