Rated 2 out of 5 by odysseus from Does Not attach to 4Post Bedframe if you want to attach, the headboard does not match with the 4-post bed. It's only compatible with a metal bed frame. Also, the middle part of the headboard is a thin, 1/8" laminate wood. Not sure how strong this is.
