This birch plywood panel is 18 mm x 4 ft x 8 ft. You can use this plywood panel for renovations around your house.

Rated 4 out of 5 by rashton from It's good for the price. I purchased these because of the availability of other stain grade plywood and have no regrets. As others have noted they have some very large voids, cross cutting even with a sharp blade can leave some pretty bad tearout compared to a better grade of plywood (which I can cross cut with no visible tear outs). Some of the panels have some noticeable defects but of the ten pieces I have purchased over the past year only one had a surface defect that was noticeable after staining. I had one piece where the plys were actually coming apart and had to be re-glued but again, you get what you pay for.

Rated 3 out of 5 by UnusualCarpenter from decent surfaces but has voids I have purchased 3 times due to the exceptional price. Some of the edges show lots of filler. Ripping the sheets reveals numerous voids in various sizes. the largest one I found was about 5 inches long.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Maro from Worst quality !!! I’ve never seen such cheaply built birch ply wood in the 20 years I’ve been in the woodworking industry. The top sheet veneer is the thinnest I’ve ever seen had inconsistencies in gluing and chipped while cutting , even with a scoring blade and pushing an extra piece after to prevent chipping . Some parts chip and some don’t , doing the same cuts , so there is obviously inconsistency with the gluing . See pictures. I wish I would have seen the other reviews before I bought it . The sheets looks ok from the outside until you start cutting them . I asked for a refund and was only offered a 20 percent discount . I was told that the customers who buy this wood are aware of these issues . The guy from customer service even said he knows those quality issues but told me that they sell 500 of those sheets a month. So I asked if he acknowledges that the sheets I bought are faulty. He said he is aware of those issues and also said he’s never seen a piece this bad , and still only wanted to give me a 20% discount . How on earth can you keep selling bad quality if you’re aware of it ?!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Buildit_72 from $108 a sheet, surely you can't be serious! This "Shop" grade birch plywood was $47 pre-covid, and hardly worth that. The veneer is paper thin and rubs or scuffs off if you look at it the wrong way.Stay clear of this stuff!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Brian working with this from Waste of money and time The website description here should show the picture of the sheets as they are and state what they are. I ordered some and received birch plywood that has one side filled knots, sanded but not stainable for anything decent. Other side wood filled knots not even sanded and all in all this is a bad product to call paintable
