Rated 1 out of 5 by MagAvara from Looks good but doesn't last long Had the same experience as a another reviewer who went through tow of these. Except we are now on our third one in less than a year. Every time hoping that we got a lemon the last time. But they are just all bad. They stop working after a few months. My recommendation - Either get a decent one or keep the original receipt and package and then go return it for a new one when it stops working. It does say this on the package in very small print: "If this product, when used for it's intended purpose, fails, return the item to the original place of purchase for free replacement of the same or similar item."

With moderate use (2 adult household and we use our dishwasher regularly, and do not wash many dishes by hand) this soap dispenser stopped working in less than six months. We purchased a delta unit for our AirBnB property, which gets regular and likely somehow harsh/rough use, and it is still going strong over a year later. We will be replacing this unit with a delta dispenser.

Rated 4 out of 5 by nvmj from looks great. great price. this product does not accept thick soaps. try thinning your soap with water, or purchase something less thick than problem brands. we thinned our soap with bit of water and the pump works much better. still need to push it 2/3 times to get it started, but then the thinner soap/water mix comes out very well!
