Yes, but I found it difficult to prevent the lens from cracking. I used a high speed rotary tool.

i need a seven inch by three feet panel for a light in my bathroom. Can these be cut to size

Yes, I used a retractable blade "exacto knife". It required me to patiently pass over the cut line multiple times. A rotary cutting tool is probably easier.
