My New Red Meat Favorite
I bought these being a little skeptical at first being I've only been smoking for about 2 weeks, but I used these on a prime rib and needless to say it turned out awesome! I did it for a family party even my granny loved it! It wasn't to Smokey but it had enough smoke to my likening. I will be buying more in the future! Wish I took a picture of the finished product.

Great Flavor
Really like the flavor in these pellets! It's probably mostly in my head, but I really feel like I can taste the charred bourbon barrels in the smoke! I love using these with burgers, steak, brisket, short ribs, etc.
