Well-Engineered Faucet
Installation was simple as I was led to believe. As with the previous reviewer, the hardest part was getting the old faucet out. Operation of this faucet is very nice, and having the sprayer always at hand is a great convenience.
Part of the reason I replaced the old Pfister faucet was the reduced water flow due to clogging, which ultimately was coming from a failing water heater. The new faucet initially had the same problem, as I learned I had not flushed the H.W. line well enough. Fortunately, it was easily remedied. From the directions, I was able to see how to remove the cartridge, which is the heart of this faucet. Very easy to get to and easily flushed out. From then, the new faucet has performed flawlessly. I mention this to point out how easy it is to repair this unit by accessing the key component.
As with other Pfister faucets, the sealing surfaces are hard ceramic, hard enough to crush grains of sand if they are present. The result is a leak-proof faucet.
The liquid soap dispenser is a nice way to fill the extra hole in the sink ledge, and has a large-capacity bottle underneath.

Broke our prior faucet...
Since the old faucet (only 2 years old) broke first thing in the morning, we needed something ASAP. This faucet was in the price range and I've had good luck with Pfister in the past. The handle feels a little weak and the spout is a little tough to put back in place, but it seems to be getting easier. Not a high end faucet, but good for it's price range. Easy to install. Supply tubes were to long for me, but I looped them and tied in place.

1st problem after about 2 years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hose started leaking at the pivot joint where it connects to removable head. If it is inserted in the storage position yiu will not know it leaking til it fills up your cabinet and wets your floor, moving the pivot will stop leak but the very next time you turn the wayer on it leaks everytime. We love this faucet and this is the first problem in almost 2 years. Calling Phister this week to see if hose is covered. Will update review after that.

Good value and function
Installed easy. Looks good. Functions pretty good. Only downsides would be: somewhat difficult to seat the spray head back into it's receptacle, facet handle has to be aligned to center for there not to be any water flow. These are minor flaws that, after a few weeks of usage, you will not notice any more. Tall neck provides good clearance of sink and dishes. Flows well and spray head had nice pattern. Neck pivots side to side with smooth motion.

Easy to install and looks more expensive!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omgoodness I never knew that faucets could just die (first time homeowner here) and I was fully prepared to call a plumber. I started doing research and figured I’d try to replace the faucet first. It was so easy to install and the hardest part was removing my old faucet. All that extra plumbers putty and tape wasn’t needed. I love that the hose is really long and the handle it easy to maneuver. I LOVE this faucet!!! It’s a plus that it was inexpensive for its kind but still a beautiful modern design.

Fussy handle
The installation was very well designed, very easy, and nearly tool-less. I was impressed.
I'm not so pleased with the faucet, though. You have to carefully position the handle to the off position or it drips. You have to think about it to get it right.
