We like the shower system, but are finding the suction cup won't stick to the shower wall. What can I do? Tried using caulk to hold it on, that isn't working.

Just installed this shower system, the water pressure in the rain water head is great but when you switch it to hand held shower head the water pressure drops off to all most nothing. Water flow is terrible.
We're sorry we missed your question. This model is designed to flow at 2.5 gallons per minute. However, if you're experiencing significantly lower flow, the spray head may need to be replaced. Pfister supports a lifetime warranty for most parts and products to the product's original purchaser. When I try to remove its suction cup during newly installation, I turn counter clockwise ,it come out with diverter asssembly, could you tell me how to put it back again?

How do you install this shower head? Does the lower part block the turn on handle?
Install like it shown in the picture. The lower shower doesn't block the handle the hose is flexible also it can place on the left or right up and down to your like.

Is this suitable for a tub shower. What kind of faucet do I need for the tub?

Installed easily, but the quality isn't great.
I finally purchased this after a couple months of debating. The installation was easy, but i did need to use the supplied stick on plastic disk so the suction cup would hold the bottom of the bar in place. We have a slightly wavy tile, and the location of the suction cup happened to be on a grout line. After installing and testing it, I noticed a small drip coming from the diverter valve, and the water pressure was definitely reduced compared to our previous square shower head.
Overall, i was happy with the simplicity to install, but I do wish the product was of higher quality, and the fit and finish was a little better.

Practical 3-Function Shower
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this product for free to test and provide my honest opinion. I love that I was able to wash my son in the shower without getting completely wet myself. Also love the versatility of being able to wash partially without getting my hair wet with the hand held smaller square. The only downside to this is that I noticed the pressure the water comes out is less than the previous smaller shower head I had. I believe its caused by this head having more holes where the water comes out of which causes the pressure to be lower. Regardless a great product.

This lasted a little over a year before the diverter valve split apart from the shower arm mid shower.

Fantastic dual shower head

No pressure
I bought this, hoping it would match a design, but this is really weird when it’s a stalled, it hangs very oddly and not flush… And there’s not much pressure at all out of the handle… Definite return…

Pfister chrome bath system

We are looking forward to installing it this weekend in our master bath. Great timing since we’re doing Reno’s in our house right now. It looks like it’s a full system and can’t wait to use it! Great unit but problems
Bought this 6 months ago. Install went as hoped using the showr spout extender. Wife absolutely loved .... but now having problems. The suction cup is not holding the slide bar in place. The install still left the unit at an angle.but the suction cup held...for a while. Now will not hold.
Looks like it will be returned.

Nice shower head
