Description
Smooth lines, a high-arc spout and a black matte finish give this Pfister Raya kitchen faucet a contemporary feel. The pull-down spray head has three settings, including a quick-pause button. AutoDock technology ensures the sprayer glides right back into place when released. The 360 rotating spout delivers superior convenience and accessible reach. This easy-to-install faucet works with 1-hole and 3-hole sinks and comes with an optional deck plate. It's CSA, ADA and CALGreen compliant. Soap dispenser included.

Constantly breaking
We've had this faucet since 2018 and I regret purchasing it. It looks great and when it works, it works well. However, we've needed THREE repairs to it since our initial purchase. I do not recommend this faucet to anyone.

Avoid this one
I think we've had this about a year and a half. First it started leaking at the handle. Now the buttons are stuck and virtually no water comes out.
How is it that I grew up with the same faucet in my original home for twenty years and this one can't make it two years?
We had no plumber come and service that ugly kitchen faucet, but it didn't leak and my dad never had to mess with it.
This faucet is probably typical of the throwaway stuff they make these days. Maybe we were lucky to get a year out of it.

Raya faucet
Bought during covid, great looking faucet, works nicely. Needed a new sprayer and hose, both delivered promptly and free of charge thanks to the lifetime warranty. Would buy another Pfister product without hesitation.

Didn’t work at time of installation
We installed this faucet today and for whatever reason, only water would come out if it’s pushed down towards the hot function. So we could only use hot water. We were troubleshooting and checking all hoses and decided to switch the hot and cold. Same thing, only the down function was working- which was now cold water. So we knew every hose was able to get water, it’s just the faucet itself has malfunctioned. Didn’t read the reviews until now and I wish I did. Will he returning tomorrow for a different brand.

Do not buy
The faucet buttons constantly get stuck. We can get them unstuck but then it keeps happening. It has been such a hassle especially since we use the sink all the time!
