Description

Leaky faucet head. Hard to explain this. There’s that plastic screw/ flange connection b/ hose & spray head is where water is leaking from. A metal piece that goes into the flange &has come loose making water to flow backwards. What to do here?

Where can I find instructions for this faucet. I need to fix the flow as only the sprayer works and not regular flow.

Is the plate at the bottom of the faucet optional? I would prefer just to add the faucet single hole in a modern one hole granite without the plate.

My faucet suddenly has half the water flow after we had it professionally installed about a month ago. All other faucets in the house are working normally, and there is no obvious signs of any limits of flow reaching the faucet. Any suggestions?
We are sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your faucet. Please perform the following troubleshooting steps provided below:
Please remove the spray head from the hose and test the water flow. Please shut the water off to the faucet for this step.
Step 1: Please remove both cold/hot water supply line hoses from the inlet lines of the faucet.
Step 2: Check the inlet line connectors for any debris.
Step 3: Please remove handle by using a 3/32 hex wrench and rotating the set screw counter-clockwise to unthread.
Step 4: Remove dome cap by rotating counter-clockwise to unthread.
Step 5: Remove the retainer nut by using pliers or adjustable wrench to rotate counter-clockwise to unthread.
Step 6: Gently pull the cartridge out of the faucet body and rinse the cartridge with warm water to clear any debris from inside.
Step 7: Check the faucet cavity for any debris inside.
Step 8: To reinstall cartridge, perform the cartridge removal in reverse steps.

this doesnt come with a soap dispenser?

What is its reach? I need to know the distance between the spout and the post . I ask because the distance between the mounting hole on my sink and the sink basin is larger than average.

Failed twice - don’t waste your money
I bought this approximately 2 years ago. In that time the actual nozzle broke, and just today the seal inside the hose to nozzle connection has failed causing water to spray up. Utter disappointment

Warranty Waiting Period
Bought this faucet about a year ago. The sprayer buttons started to not work properly about 30days ago. Tried CLR and that worked the first time. Three days later they jammed again and CLR had no affect on the button operation. Called Pfister and they said they would replace the sprayer free of charge. 10 to 14 business day delivery.
Waited 17days and called back to see where my part was. They told me it was on back order with no date as to when it would arrive (thanks for letting me know). Offered to send me a different finish head until the backordered part arrives. Will be another 10 to 14 days for that part to arrive.
The sprayer now barely works at all and I am supposed to wait another two weeks.
My wife is overjoyed about using this broken sprayer for another two weeks.
It's not like we have two kitchen sinks. I am going out to buy a Moen product so I don't have to deal with this aggravating sprayer (which will eventually stop working one day).
With warranty service like this, why bother. Moen or Delta can't be worse.

Stylish and easy to install
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was lucky enough to get this faucet in my voxbox. It is a stylish product and I've been using this for about a month. This was fairly easy to install, took less than 40 minutes to do it myself. I'm not completely sure about the sturdiness of the product as the interior parts are mainly plastic, will have to wait and see. There was a bit of a leak after a couple of weeks which seems to be a common problem, you just need to follow the troubleshooting tip in the manual and tighten an inside part.

Not good on hard water
I have it for 3 years.
Still working but the sprayer head jammed. Looks like the mechanism not well engineered or maybe because i have hard water. I tried CLR but didn't resolve the issue. Can’t find spare part for the sprayer head.

It is stainless steel finish and has 3 function sprayhead with stream, spray and pause. The quality was good and is very easy to install. nice look but leaking after 2-3 months.
Professionally installed faucet in my new kitchen. Just started spraying water out of the pull out part head. Would like a new one but would need someone to install it. Not really impressed.

Poor QuALITY
Bought this item a year and a half ago and I now have the same issue many other customers have with it. The faucet leaks and sprays when pulled out and fills the tube and leaks back into the cabinet when its not pulled out. Would not reccomend.
