Love this faucet
I love the faucet until it started leaking. replaced the inside works but now the handle seems striped out. It is not smooth turn on-turn off like before. I feel like it is going to snap off at any time, not sure what is going on with it so I don't know what I need to replace. just is not working like before fixing the leak.

Very NIce set.. But READ THE DIRECTIONS.
Installed this in an old three hole cabinet. Fortunately, the holes were large enough to fit this faucet as they were several millimeters in diameter larger than the old Pfister valves it replaced. I've installed many DIY faucets and, out of the box, this unit appeared to use the same system of another I had recently installed although it was another brand. Anyway, I launched into the project without consulting the directions first. But I did look them over after I was half way through just to "confirm" that I was on the right track. But I had made two mistakes, which, given the tight spaces and time constraints I was working under were very regrettable. So you should begin by reading the directions through before you start. Then this should be a breeze... To the extent that working upside down with the edge of a cabinet in your back is relaxing. A high density foam knee pad helps with that.

Wonderful set of faucets
We upgraded our master bath with new countertop and of course new faucets. We had Pfister faucets on the previous top since we built the house in 2009 with no problems. These new faucets were a breeze to install with no leaks on first attempt. First time using the widespread faucet type so I built a jig to hold the valves on top while securing below. They look great. My only question is if the pop-up drains are removeable for cleaning the trap or if the trap needs to be removed for cleaning?

The two-step brass inserts (K) to connect the supply lines is poorly designed and should be eliminated. The installation manual says to "hand tighten". This is a complete fantasy. After securely hand tightening, both faucets had healthy leaks. I had to use Teflon tape to secure the connector to the supply line, then I had to wrench-tighten the adapter to the faucet connectors in order to stop the leaking.
The entire installation took me over three hours and I am an experienced DIY person.
I, too, have Price Pfister faucets throughout my house, which is why I purchased this particular model. We will see how it holds up over time.

Good product, great service
I have had this installed for about 4 years now and it started to generate a major leak with the tap running. The hose that runs up the middle of the spout busted a major hole in it. I called on Thursday morning and had a replacement at my house the following Wed. Other than that, the faucet is as described and I am very happy with the look and function. Wish I never had the leak but they dealt with it quickly.

In Pfister I Trust
House built in 2011 with all Pfister faucets (kitchen, utility room two full baths). I know for a fact that they stand by their warrantees. Recently remodeled our basement with new bathroom over Jan-Feb 2021. Love that Push&Seal on the Masey Model LF-049-MCC! Yes, again I chose Pfister products. Why would I want to change now?
