How high is the faucet (from counter surface to high point of arch)? I assume 16.38" per the specs, but they also say that's spout height.
We’re sorry we missed your question. The Fullerton model #F-529-7FTC measures 16 3/8” from the bottom that meets the countertop to the highest point of the arch. Below is a link to the specifications of this model for further details.

What is the distance between the spout and the neck? I like bigger distances to prevent splashing and puddling on the counter
The spout is 9 inches out from the neck and it also 8.5 inches above the countertop. It pulls out too and the sprayer function is easy to use. I highly recommend it but when you install it leave the plastic tube/wrench they supply in place so you can periodically tighten the mounting nut.

Does it cause a lot of splash back when washing your hands or dishes?
No. You can control the force of the stream with the single leaver handle. I have never had this problem.

Do you need water lines as some reviewers say.....or are they included??
You may require connection water lines from the faucet to the shut off valves. You may utilize the existing connection hoses however if they are old, or not long enough for the new faucet, they will need to be replaced. This is normal whenever doing an install.

Is the hose plastic or woven?
The hose is woven.

How long are the supply lines that are included with this tap?
Long enough to install under my sink. I think there is a standard and gave us no problems.

Impressed So Far
Happy with the quality and operation and good price. Inconvenient that I can't switch it to spray and leave it there. It returns to stream each time you shut the water off. The connections are a total pain. It doesn't use standard hoses with the same couplings on both ends, instead it has larger couplings at the faucet end and an adapter to connect to the smaller couplings on the faucet. That creates more joints where it can leak and a lot of shopping around to find the correct hoses (which don't come with the faucet). If you install the hose weight where it's marked on the pull-down hose, it doesn't allow it to come out very far. Hopefully adjusting it further along the hose will allow me to pull it out further. Time will tell how it stands up to normal wear and tear

Good product
Not sure why people giving 1 star for this faucet due to a leak from the top head and which is common in majority of faucets. this is an easy fix using a #10 allen key to tight it back. Gasket comes this way, nothing wrong with it. Works great and this is my 3rd year of heavy using it.

1 Year Review
In My Opinion, less than one year old, this description is much kinder than I want to say,"This is a poor design". This item was installed using a red seal plumber. After a few months I noticed a small occasional drip at the bottom of the tap (where you turn on). Today, I noticed a leak near the spray handle that pulls down. I pulled it down and it had lots of back spray at the ball joint. What was even worse, was it went un noticed for a day or two and all the back spray back flowed up the arch housing and dripped into the cupboard under the sink, causing water damage under the sink.

Nice faucet, but quality problem with the hose
I've experienced the same fault with this faucet as other people have. Mine made it almost 2 years before it started spraying water out of the ball joint where the hose meets the head.
Pfister has a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. I contacted them via their website, told them where I bought it (lowes.ca) and the date, included a photo, and they mailed me out a replacement hose (Pfister PN 9513140) at no cost; it arrived a week later, and took me about 5 minutes to install, plus half an hour watching videos on Youtube.. The hose includes the ball joint. The catch is that you need to unscrew the quick-disconnect fitting from the hose in order to feed it through the faucet. Now it's working fine, no leaks.

Great upgrade to kitchen skink
I bought this a month ago and extremely happy with this product. It was easy to install and the pressure is constant even when my washing machine is on. It looks sleek on my sink and the pull down end is very smooth.
The only thing I wish this product would come with is the plumbers putty but you can purchase the stuff at any local hardware store.
Overall I'm really happy with the Pfister faucet.

If you need a plumbing inspection DO NOT BUY THIS
I bought this product for 2 kitchens, this product will not pass a plumbing inspection because there is no CSA logo or stamp on this product. I have been in contact with Pfister and the certification they sent was for a bathroom tub... Rona will not take this product back as it has been installed and not deemed as defection.
