Pretty, but finish is fleeting
This faucet looked great when it was installed. It works fine and is easy to use. The sprayer has to be pushed back into place when you use it instead of retracting which is a pain, but not a deal breaker. The big disappointment is the fact that the finish is coming off the entire base area of the faucet. Considering it has been in for less than a year, it should not look this bad this quick. We don't use any chemicals or anything so I have no idea why this happened. Not very happy about having to replace it when it is still pretty new.

Excellent faucet for the price
I searched all over for faucets of this style - then stumbled upon this one online - they do not carry it at our local Lowe's store. We love it and it was really simple to install. The soap dispenser is a little on the "plasticy" side compared to our former Delta that was metal, but it works fine with no issues. The pull down spray feature is really nice, and prior to owning, I was not a fan of pull-down sprayers. There is a nice counterweight that you place under the sink to help latch the sprayer nozzle in tight against the faucet. Beautiful styling as well. I would take the review titled "Faucet Broke after 6 months" with a grain of salt. I have owned this faucet for as long and have had no issues. Perhaps they had a bad unit, but my on/off valve is as smooth as butter.

Buyer Beware
I bought this faucet a little over a year ago. I love the look of it and that is where my happiness with this faucet ends. I had issues with the spray head getting stuck in between spray and stream mode until finally it got stuck permanently and I had to call and get a replacement head. The new one works great. Now the base plate is rusting and the paint is chipping off. It looks terrible for a one year old faucet. I would not recommend that anyone buy this.

Good for the price
We've had such a good experience with our Price Pfister bathroom fixtures that we went with them for our kitchen faucet. We had a single hole sink, so we pitched the soap dispenser. So I can't really comment on it. The faucet is great thought. We've only used it for a week, but it was simple to install and so far hasn't given us any grief. It's a nice matte black without being too flat looking; more of a satin finish. I had hoped that the weight underneath the sink would pull the spray head back into place without my help, but I do have to push it back into place. Not a huge deal though. And the spray buttons have to be positioned in the back or it won't snap into place. The handle operates smoothly, and it's easy to get the perfect temperature. I wish they styling were a little more vintage traditional rather than modern, but it's ok.

Great customer service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first purchased a Pfister faucet from Lowe's. I was initially very happy with the product but it started to rip where the sprayer button was. I contacted the Pfister customer service dept. and explained my situation. They were extremely helpful, asked me to forward a photo of my faucet, had me choose a new model and told me it would be sent out to me as soon as they received the photo of my defective one. This was the most efficient service I have received from any company. I received my new faucet shortly after and so far have been extremely happy with the look, design and quality.

Pull Down Sprayer
After years of having an inexpensive faucet that was all corroded and had a hard time moving from side to side we are very happy with this product especially with the pull down hose in the center. The side spray hose always got water down in the whole and underneath the sink and this product eliminates that with the spray hose in the center and the soap dispenser where the hose use to go.

Nice Faucet
I installed this faucet about 6 months ago, it is a great faucet. Two negatives though.
I could not install the soap dispenser, it was too big to fit into the hole in my sink. I called Phister and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller one the guy from India said no, so I just covered it with tape for now. Also sometimes we have trouble getting the faucet to retract back up all the way. The weight can catch under the sink so you have to un-catch it. Otherwise it is well made and works good most of the time.

Cagney in black failed, CSR was GREAT
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Cagney kitchen faucet with dual spray head in BLACK. After about a year the finish started to flake away showing the brass base plate. Then after two years the valve handle also started pealing. That's the bad! The good is: I called customer service and at "my request", are sending me a replacement in stainless with prepaid shipping. You gotta love a company who stands by their products with no fuss. My next faucets for the bathroom remodel will without a doubt be Pfister!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM YOU GUYS HAVE THERE!
