Once you attach a light using the quick connect clips, are you able to disconnect the clips? If so, how?
Yes, you need to pry the clip locks open with a small screwdriver or strong fingernails. Removing the clip will leave two small punctures in the source cable, that should be sealed to prevent excessive corrosion. Ideally you should find your final light placement, ditch the quick connects, and then solder and waterproof the wire connections (matching ribbed cables together and non-ribbed cables together) for a long term solution for these lights. The transformers lack power to overcome sustained current drain through moisture in the connections.

It says installation in "Damp" locations. Does this mean i can't have these in my yard where it will be in contact with rain water? I don't want to have to build covers for all the lights. Will these still work out in the rain?

Can I use a longer wire with this kit? I just purchased and found that the 50’ is too short to run from my GFI to the area I need the lights. If I purchase another wire at 100’ will this still work?

Will the transformer support the addition of any other lights?
Hi, the 24 watts transformer will not support addition 5 watts lights, 4 x 5 watts=20watts. If you want to add lights, you will have to buy a higher transformer. Thank you.

Small compact super bright
Purchased 2 sets for my backyard landscape lighting. The spotlights, although being small, are super bright for their size and provide just enough light so as not to overpower the nightscape.

Le transformateur ne fonctionne plus
J'ai acheté cet article en aout 2018. Au printemps, lorsque j'ai tenté de rallumer les projecteurs, plus rien ne fonctionnait: le transformateur ne fonctionnait plus. Et bien en aout 2019, un autre transformateur est brisé. J'ai vraiment l'impression d'avoir gaspillé 100$.

I have three sets!
I have had my original set for years - added another and now have one at the cottage too. So worth the price - I highly recommend them. Also recommended buying extra cord so you can space them apart more - they are vey bright. Have them as uplighting in garden and pathway lighting in trees at the cottage.

Gets Dimmer
i bought 2 sets of these two years ago. One set is working fine, but the 2nd second has started to get dimmer by the hour. A candle is now brighter that it and judging from the few times i turned it on, it may go anytime. I have only used these maybe 10 to 15 times in the 2 years.

Dès l’installation une des lampes ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons vérifié le contact et l’avons déplacé mais toujours elle s’allume à basse intensité et fait des flashs de temps à autre. Malgré plusieurs essais, par téléphone et email, depuis un mois, je n'obtiens aucune réponse de la compagnie. À éviter.
