Misleading web description
I purchased the product online based on the description that it was an 18-inch hook for hanging planters on a deck. When I picked it up from RONA the label showed a 12-inch hook but the same SKU number as advertized on the web site as an 18 incher. The product, including attachment bracket, is indeed 18 inches but when installed only raises the hanging basket 12 inches, too short for most hanging baskets to hang above the deck rail. The web site should accurately show the product as 12-inch hook, not 18 inch.
