One wall is slanted because of the roofline. Would the weight of the concrete be a problem if not on a vertical wall?

Can I use 3 of these for 3 48" wide walls in an alcove shower? And can it be used with any 48x48 shower pan, I have the Kohler Archer 48x48 single threshold pan.
There should be no issue with this.
