How big is the product when disassembled. will it fit an SUV
The box is quite big and heavy. It weighs 270 pounds. We have a Hyundai Palisade, it's a large SUV. We had to collapse the back and middle and push the passenger side seat all the way forward to get the box to fit in the back.

Is there a way to buy replacement parts for this. One of the rollers has broken and would like to purchase a few as backup.

Quelle déception!
J’ai acheté il y a 2 semaines. au Québec avec les vents et les pluies que nous avons, ça ne vaut pas le coût de l’investissement. Nous regrettons cet achat.
Il faudra démonter une partie du toit pour enlever les toiles pour l’hiver. Du travail supplémentaire

So far, not impressed.
Haven’t got it up yet, but so far, the instructions are crap and we have had to redo a few steps because of the painful instructions! Stay tuned.

Can’t buy replacement parts
It took a little longer to put together than the instructions say. The instructions are not great, if I hadn’t seen one on display already put together I would have had more trouble. As for the piece of cloth that keeps the shade cloth from filling up with water it will not stay tight and it sags. I installed six extra grommets and secured them with self taping screws. It now works as it should.

Mixed thoughts.
I like the size and the fact that we can retract the shades. If you have an issue with any of the components the response from the company has been you can return it. Really? After taking it home and assembling? They also said to bring the parts that are an issue to the store for replacement. Are they actually going to have all of the parts in stock? Highly doubtful!
The cover that goes over the shade when it is retracted is a good idea to protect the shade, but it only attaches at 4 corners, so when it rains, it fills up with water. I made a few suggestions to the company to solve the problem and will be implementing a solution on mine, but we shouldn’t have to do that.

Easy set up!
Great product, super easy and fast for a couple people to set up. The instructions are small but once you figure it out it is quick. I love the little canopy for the pullovers, great idea! I would have given 5 stars but there needed to be more magnets to hold the pull over bar.
