Description

This Orbit soaker hose made of rubber and recycled material is ideal for watering newly transplanted trees and shrubs or garden beds. It has a length of 50 ft and an interior diameter of 3/8 in and is compatible with most 5/8-in fittings. The removable end caps allows you to join together multiple hoses to suit your watering needs. This product is backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SOCJOC from Not a Great Watering System Just purchased two 50' hoses and connected them together with hopes of watering the garden. Water came from the first 50' and nothing from the second. Not enough pressure to water the gardens in a timely manner. Back they go to Rona.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ace29 from No extra connectors for when it breaks and it will Have bought these last year, they degrade quickly over a season and will break at end of season. 3/8"size is not common to most connectors which are 1/2"and 5/8"if looking for replacement parts.

I loved it so much, I bought their 100 ft one. I really liked the way I could connect the hoses and modify it to suit my flower beds as I have over 200 feet of flower beds.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Fullofwisdom from Great with DIY Punctures Bought four on sale, used and the first hose was alright and water didn't get to the second hose, third and fourth hoses. I had idea and with a one inch nail I hammered the hose every three inches and a paring knife also works well. Turn on hose and viola it works perfectly. I punctured the nail from one end of hose to the other and sometimes just one side. Sitting on a stool outside was handy. I watered entire garden in 45 minutes flat. I recommend doing this and I couldn't care less about blowing the five year warranty. Just be careful jabbing the paring knife or hammering the nail because when I turned the water ON it squirt me in the eye several times. I just laughed. I think I will roll it up and bring it indoors for the winter. Good luck everyone.

They are not. 90 percent of the water comes out of the first 10 feet, nearly none at the far end. The fittings are just pressure fit on the ends. On popped off and flooded my whole garden and there is no way to repair it. Save your money and leave these on the shelf

Rated 4 out of 5 by Onegreatmomof2 from Hmmmm not sure if I like it yet The price was perfect, less than $19.99 per hose; I bought four. • It's necessary to unravel hose & lay it down to straighten it out before use. • Simple hookup to your hose. • Blends in well among shrubs, flowers, etc. • Coiled hose diameter very thin. • It took 4 hours to water the garden. • Not sure how much lower my water bill will be at month end. • While I do have patience I still wanted to make lots of extra holes in the hose to speed up the watering process. • A five year guarantee is super. You have to live through the experience of using this hose to determine if it's right for you. Currently I am not sure if I like it yet.
