Rated 5 out of 5 by Viognier from Brilliant Pizza Oven!! This is my second Ooni as I added a Koda 12 propane version to my wood pellet Ooni oven. Advantages to both but Koda 12 makes it easier for a quick pizza night after work....use the wood pellet oven for next level wood fired pizza taste on weekends when I have more time. Two ovens are great for pizza parties! Do invest the time to watch YouTube and Ooni.com videos on how to cook with the Koda 12. I've found turning up to full throttle to warm the pizza stone, then turn down to low-medium low to cook your pizza (with quarter turns every 20 seconds). Between pizzas, turn up to full throttle to re-heat the stone. Finally - DO NOT pay Lowes to assemble this! All you complete for assembly is pop out the three foldable legs, insert the pizza stone and attach to your propane source.....could not be easier! Only drawback is you'll need to purchase a pizza peel separately. Still deciding on if I need the Ooni carry bag.
