The Onsen 3.0 RV / Marine Diaphragm 12V Water Pump is designed to bring water pressure to cabins, boats, RV fixtures and tankless water heaters.

Factory calibrated for seamless installation with portable water heaters such as the Onsen 5L, 7L and 10L, the Onsen 3.0 GPM Pump is an integral part of any off-grid water installation.

Will this pump work on a 12 V landscape lighting plan for my water feature?

The Onsen 3.0 pump is a diaphragm pump typically used in RVs and boats to supply pressurized water to water fixtures. It's important to understand its limitations. For example, the pump must be used indoors (if used outdoors, it must be shielded from the elements) and can only be used intermittently (no more than 15 min at a time). If these requirements are met, it should work for your application.

Will this pump work on a rain barrel for pressure if not what do i look for

Yes, the Onsen pump can pump water from a rain barrel. Connect a hose from the rain barrel to the pump. Generally speaking, the pump can pull water for about 25ft and push water for about 100ft.

hello what kind of elevation can this this thing pump 1 am looking for a efficient 12 volt that will do 30 feet elevation gpm not important

Generally speaking, the pump can push water for approx. 100 feet with no inclination and approx. 50 feet with 30 degree inclination. To ensure the pump is pushing not pulling water, the pump should be located within a few feet of the water source. If the pump is required to pull not push water, it can do so for approx. 25 feet at 30 degree inclination. It also has a vertical suction lift of 9 feet (ex: pulling water vertically from a well).

However i specifically bought it because the description on this website said: "Built-in pressure switch (pump turns on when tap is opened and off when closed)". This is not true.
