I have 2 14 foot lengths a left and a right. Each will have a one foot jog off the ends for stability as the front of the deck is all open.

Can you paint any of the pieces? e.g. tremclad, etc...
I haven’t tried it but I don’t see why not. I think this is exactly what tremclad or rustoleum are designed for.

Would this kit be all you would need to connect to 2 wooden posts? Are pickets you refer to in one question the same as a baluster?

As someone else mentioned, this kit does not include posts, which isn't clear from this online-only product description. You should expect to pay double your budget to purchase the posts separately.

VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE POST DIDN'T COME WITH IT, PICTURES SHOWING POST IN ALL OF THEN NO HIGHLIGHT THAT POST WHERE NOT INCLUDED .
