Hello, would this kit work for a 23' wide pool ((23' x 38')? How do the tubes attach to each other? When attached, are they 24' long total or is there an overlap? Also, is the turning wheel included (not in picture)?

Good tube bad clips
The system is okay but the clip s to attach the solar blanket are no good. Even with pure pressure and everything the clips dont stay closed on it. So it doesn't work properly....
