on the inside corner set would like to know why only 4 backer back when you should use 8 buying extra pcs are silly expensive makes me look elsewhere
Hi Kevin,
Most of the time when installing inside corners, you will also need to install either leg holders on the side, anchor chain retainers at the end and/or hinges between sections. These other parts are used as back plates when combined to the inside corners. So, our 45 years of experience in dock building and retailing, taught us that customers don't like to pay for hardware that they will not be using. That's why there is only 4 back plates for the 4 corners in that kit. But you can buy separately some extra backers if needed.

just what I expected.
Heavy duty and easy to install. I know it will stand up to the force of the waves and heavy traffic on the dock. It holds the corner square and tight.

Truly a Heavy Duty product!
Used these to build a floating dock on the Ottawa River. These are very sturdy and stand up to the wave and wake abuse which can be fierce at times.
