A perforated garbage can would be better
Absolute trash of a machine. Any load size beyond a few socks will have this machine move across the house during spin cycle and damage all its surroundings and even break itself.
Multiple service calls and the technician just said "this is how its designed".
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
