What are the shelf dimensions?

The Moen DN6890BN Sage Brushed Nickel Zinc/Glass Bathroom Shelf is 22.75" long and will extend 5.50" from the wall from the flanges; the width of the shelf is 5". Need to know , how far apart are the screws. I need to match up the holes so my wall doesn’t show old holes from other shelf. I’m putting it over my tub where the last owners had put up the ugly shelf, lol.
