Does this Moen Refresh Convertible Massager shower head create stronger or regular air/water pressure with 2.5, as compared to Oxygenics Pressure Showerhead at 2.0? I need strong stream pressure.

Can water be diverted from the rain shower head to the hand held head so that only the hand held head is delivering water? Or do both heads have to deliver water at the same time ?
Yes the water can be diverted. There is a toggle opposite the handheld that allows you to operate both heads independently (or together, as you choose). Excellent for cleaning the shower with this option!

second one in 2 years
this is the second one i have bought.if it would last more then a year they would be great.but they don`t the valve that directs water to the head and to the wand breaks down fast

Really Good / Really Bad
The Good: The shower head has a really nice spray, as does the handle. Spray is wide and soft, and the water flow is good (2.5L/min).
The Bad: The cradle for the handle is very poorly designed, and my handle fell many many times, which ultimately meant it cracked and needed to be replaced. The cradle is meant to rotate, which means that the weight of the handle unit will often cause it to rotate downwards. I tried to orient it with the handle straight up, but my shower stall roof was/is too low for that.
Service: 5 Stars to Moen service, as they shipped 1 unit which Canada Post mangled, and when I called back, Moen immediately shipped another unit. However, the cradle mechanism in the second unit had a leak from the get go. Arg.
When Moen fixes the cradle that holds the handle, I will buy again. Until that time, have gone somewhere else.

great pressure great shower head , no leaks
have a Moen for few years no probs , adding this one to 2nd bathroom, no leeks other reviews must have problem with there pipes for the seal not to take, or defected one ,it happens, good plastic nickel color that looks like metal with out spending hundreds more for the metal ones, 1.7 gpm ones save water but take longer to rince off so tit for tat, go with the 2.5 gpm to get good pressure,

Wouldn't buy another Moen!
I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and it just keeps leaking,and the handheld shower keeps wanting to fall out, as the bracket keeps turning, it's a very poor design. .
The unit leaks in a couple places, and I have tightened both places that leak, but it doesn't help at all. I also find that I can't put the hand shower is too high for shower stall.

The diverter which is the most important part of this system is made of plastic and leaked after the first use . Not worth a $100. I asked about a replacement diverter and my question didn't meet the criteria for the question section? Really? It's to far to drive to return it. I'll find another manufacturer when i eventually replace this sieve.

Diverter problem
This is a great shower head and handheld but the diverter valve, after a few months of use begins to get harder and harder to turn. Moen, who has very good customer service, replaced the first one that became impossible to turn, for no charge, but the replacement has begun to do the same thing and will soon need to be replaced.
