Jet éclabousse partout!!
Pas moyen de laver ou rincer quelque chose sans que ça éclabousse partout autour. Super beau mais bon pour une bouche, faire pourrir le mur et le comptoir. Ma femme est pu capable et je dois en acheter un autre car elle me casse toujours les oreilles avec ça à toutes les jours.

bought the black version a couple months ago, nice looking. a couple days later it started dripping from the head unit and has gotten worse. A couple weeks after, started dripping from the water control knob and also water is now pooling around the base

Let down my faith in them.
Bought the stainless steel version in 2020. Installed in February 22 and the cartridge stopped flowing hot water by August 22. Sure I'll get a replacement cartridge and sure I can replace it. Why??? My other Moen faucets have lasted over a decade. In 6 months it failed? Thankfully they included the hex key for free. My Delta's and Pfister's btw are going strong on 8 years.

Ça fait 6 mois que j’ai installé ce robinet. Le 2 jets d’eau sont trop fort ça éclabousse toujours partout sur le comptoir et c’est très désagréable. Impossible de changer le bout pour un jet plus doux. La poingé se desserre une fois au 2 semaine. Vraiment écoeuré de ce robinet et d’entendre ma femme me dire à quelle point ça l’écoeure aussi.

I bought this one year ago and the handle has come loose. No matter how many times we fix it, it still comes loose (the piece that goes up and down to regulate temperature is loose and you cannot get the right temperature because of it. It's too bad because it otherwise feels solid, and I love the look.

Missing part
Bought a month ago for a new build and on installing it today, we noticed it was missing the hose for the pull-out faucet unfortunately. A bit of a hassle for a new faucet, which wasn't cheap, and no local Lowe's store.
