Attractive, but not as good as the original
Attractive appliance, purchased to replace what appeared to be identical faucet from same mfr about a decade ago. It was not identical. A little shorter, the curve a little tighter, and much lighter weight: feels "flimsier." We will see how it holds up over time. The rocker-button to control the spray is much more intuitive than the original, and more attractive: this is a nice improvement. The lever controlling the water also has a much more limited excursion, which has taken some getting used to. This is not in and of itself bad, just an observation compared to the prior model.

Odd handle design
Had to replace my old Moen. The old handle was straight up and down out of the way. Push away for hot, pull towards you for cold. This handle ONLY pulls all the way forward overhanging the sink, which is cold. Straight up and down is hot! Super odd looking and awkward set up. If I leave it in the neutral straight up and down, you’ll get a blast of hot water when you turn it on. If I reverse the lines, and my son pulls it forward, he’ll get burnt. If I didn’t already pay a plumber to install this would, I would return and purchase a different faucet. Will have to deal with the odd look.

Usually buy Moen because of customer service
The best feature is that the waterflow is more forceful than the much more expensive sensor fauce it replaced. I bought it because it was relatively inexpensive. My plumber said it was probably half the price last year. I didn't want an expensive one, and especially not one with sensors. I think that simpler designs and engineering last longer because they have fewer elements that fail over time. It works fine. I have no issues with it. I like the water pressure. I have always had luck with Moen sending me replacement parts and providing verbal phone instructions when required.

Great faucet
We bought the Moen Georgine faucet a month ago to replace a very old Moen faucet during kitchen remodel. I love this faucet. It was installed by an experienced plumber. We've had no problem with this faucet. I like the on off switch on the sprayer. The stainless steel looking finish doesn't show water spots. Moen has a good reputation and manufacturing locations in the USA. We're happy with this faucet.

Pull Down Hose Too Short
This faucet replaced another brand with a pull down hose. The sprayer hose in this faucet is too short. It pulls out of the faucet 12 inches before it is stopped by the counterweight. I measured it. And... yes I placed the counterweight in the correct location on the hose, under the sink, according to the instructions. It is difficult to spray a double sink. It would work on a single sink or a small "Bar" sink. I would recommend that anyone with a double sink to measure the length that the hose extends before buying this or any model of faucet with a pull down hose.

Good Faucet
Install was very straight forward, & I was glad the hot & cold hoses were long. They didn't require an extension supply line. The handle & weight of this faucet is much less than the previous one. I tell everyone to be gentle on the handle. meaning one or two fingers only. I hope the non metal braided line to the faucet head lasts & doesn't leak. The faucet I replaced was 22 years old. The braided supply line to the faucet is the only part I replaced. I like the height of the faucet & it seems to open up the area around the base of sink. I recommend this faucet with a warning, be careful with the pull out hose.

Leaking after 18 months
Bought Moen because dad said 'they last forever'. Well, after 18 months it suddenly started leaking BAD - water POURS out the handle when you use it. Propped up a sponge to divert the water back into the sink while I look for a replacement. This thing must have a cartridge, but the Moen support site doesn't list ANY replacement parts. The manual doesn't list ANY replacement parts. Called support #, but they are only open M-F 9-7 or something like that. This is ridiculous.

Easy to install. No special tools either.
This product was very easy to install and it is a quality product. I recommend it. The only hard part of the the whole project was getting the old one out. It works without a problem and no splashing in the sink, which is kind of amazing because, the old one used to hit the sink and splash water all over the place. This one is higher up and the water comes out with the same amount of force and more steadier than the old one and no splashing, I think because it looks like it aerates the water as it comes out. Good product well worth the price.
