Not bad
I installed 2 of these in the basement bathroom about a year ago now, they work well and look nice. Only issue I've had with them is the water running back down the faucet and onto thecountertop/floor. I was blaming the kids at first for making a mess and getting water everywhere once and a while, after it happened a few times within a couple weeks I went in there and the water was all over the floor. I noticed a small steady stream running down the faucet and onto the counter and then down the cabinet onto the floor. What was happening was if the water was turned on very very little it would cling to the faucet and trickle back down rather than drip into the sink. It was only happening in one faucet though. The problem I found was that the faucet that didn't leak had a slightly longer aerator, which created a nice low spot for the water to drip from so it wasn't able to run back down the faucet. I contacted moen, sent pictures of the different aerators and described my problem, and their customer service dept. sent me a new aerator no problem, but when I received it, it was the short one that was the same height as the faucet housing, so that was no good to me, unfortunately. I ended up going into rona and found the longer aerator that I needed on a demo faucet they had on the wall, and they were more than happy to trade me for my short one since that demo will never be used. So I'm guessing that moen hasn't realized or made note of the issue people are having with them, since some people have great things to say about them and others don't. I hope this review will help some people with this issue if they have it, since it is a great faucet once that one potentially large issue is so simply fixed.
