no issues after 6 months of use
I wanted to review this product to make sure all is good and well, it is. I see other reviews mentioning that the handle sits too far out: simply put this is because the valve inside the wall was not installed at the correct depth. Ours came with detailed instructions on how deep to mount it into the wall so that the handle sits flush. Anyone not following instructions or reading them, well what can I say...

Bad experience so far
I bought this product 2 weeks ago for my complete bathroom renovation. I trusted the Moen brand and bought it without further research as it looked good. My main issue is with the wand diverter. It's very hard to switch from spout to spray mode. Even after hard pulling the wand, water still comes from spout when side spray is active. Also the handle sits far away from the wall (see photo) not sure if this was the plumber's fault.

we now know why there were returns
This is a nice looking set. But we now know why there were 4 of these on the return/sale table. We couldn’t get the handle to mount flush against the wall. Probably returning ours too.
