Rated 3 out of 5 by Roni from can't adjust temperature lever [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is lovely faucet and installed easily. However, the lever that turns the water on and off should be at neutral temperature when it is verticle, but instead that is the hot water position and to get to cold you have to move it way forward, almost touching the sink. It should be adjustable by removing the handle, but it won't adjust, perhaps a faulty cartridge inside. Moen customer service is impossible to deal with and I hate to take the whole thing out and reinstall another faucet.

The first one sprung a leak overnight within a month and damaged my cabinet and spilled water on my floor. The leak occurred where the hoses attach to the body. I returned the product and replaced it with a similar item because I felt it was a freakish incident. I never had a faucet leak before. If it wasn't for this incident, I would have given it 4 and one half stars. The manufacturer should look into this if there are similar incidents.

Rated 1 out of 5 by None from The spray function is to strong The spray is a higher pressure needlepoint style spray and rips holes in leafy vegetables. Also, the back splash from the high pressure gets all over the sink area.
