Rated 1 out of 5 by MountainWind from Blade lock failed, non-existent customer service This Metabo HPT reciprocating saw failed in the first 10 minutes. Its blade lock stopped locking the blade in place, making the saw useless. On the positive side, Metabo emailed me shipping label (for the saw) to its Braselton, Georgia repair facility. And FedEx delivered that package, complete with Metabo's own issued repair order number and all associated documentation on 08 May 2023. However, not a word from the repair facility since. And now, 05 June, still no returned or replaced saw. Two attempts to get Metabo HPT's Customer Service to intervene, via Metabo's own online contact customer service form, failed to elicit any responses whatsoever. No more Metabo HPT tools for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NIVLAD from EASY TO USE RECIPROCATING SAW [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 11 Amp Reciprocating Saw a while back to cut tree limbs (both small and large), scrubs, and other pieces of small to large wood, cart board, stereo foam, and to make cuts on walls. For me it works great and does a great job. It is one of the go to tools in my disposal at home and farm. I recommended. Pros: Easy to use and has a lot of power. Battery lasts a long time. Cons: With the battery installed, it can be a bit heavy. i have no problem using it but my kids struggle with the weigh when cutting on sharp angles.
