The 36 V MultiVolt cordless metal connector nailer is here to maximize efficiency on the residential framing job site as it allows for a massive productivity boost by not having to navigate long hoses around the job site. The Strap-Tite probe tip allows for precise placement of every nail, saving valuable time. Thanks to Metabo HPT's unique air spring drive system that produces a similar feel like using a pneumatic nailer, combined with the power of the MultiVolt 36 V battery, this cordless metal connector nailer works all day long driving 1 1/2-in and 2 1/2-in nails up to 0.162-in diameter. Rated 5 out of 5 by Nathanael from Comparable to a pneumatic metal connector nailer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these nailers in the summer of 2022 to do a job where we installed a floor system in a building made out of fox block, so as you can imagine there were a lot of metal connectors to install. Everyone on the crew was impressed at how well they operated, the power they had, and their run time on one battery. It was also great to go all over the job site without have to make sure the air hose was going to reach or hoping that it wasn’t going to get tangled on something somewhere. I would definitely recommend one if you are in the market for a metal connector nailer

We are generally 16'-30' in the air and in remote locations. Not having to drag a compressor out and mess with hoses all day makes this so appealing. It has plenty of power and the placement doesn't take long to get used to. The only negative is the same as all battery powered guns, it's a heavier unit than a pneumatic metabo 5.7 vs 10.6 lbs. But freedom from hoses on a platform makes the difference forgivable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this nailer a few weeks ago so I haven't used it a lot yet, but the small project I did use it on it worked great. I love that I don't have to break out a compressor and hoses to use this. I also love that it will fire 2 1/2 nails, as the bostitch nailer I have only fire 1 1/2 nails. It has plenty of power to drive the nails. I'm actually impressed with how tight of an area I was able to get this in. I plan on buying more metabo hpt in the near future as everything I have works great.

Gun works great for small jobs although is too heavy for an all day framing job. I do love the finish nailer and Brad nailer I bought . They are very convenient and low weight to use for finish jobs. I think the smaller batteries are very convenient and light weight. Probably will buy smaller batteries in the future. All and all great alternatives to bringing your air compressor to all your jobs.

Sinks nails every time, tip is great for toenailing studs and now that they have a larger battery, the battery life is great as well. Only downside to this gun is it is slightly heavier than air, but once you get used to it, you don’t mind it at all. And the convenience of no hose is just amazing. Absolutely love these guns!

I’m in the process of renovating the porch on my 200 year old farmhouse are used most likely 100 hangers and I wouldn’t have been able to finish it before the new millennia if it wasn’t for this incredible tour the table to papa now right in the hanger hall right where you need it when you need it thank you Mutombo I highly recommend getting a stool accuracy strength and durability !!!
