Description
The Metabo HPT 15-gauge cordless angled finish nailer allows the user to move easily around the job site without hoses or compressors! It employs a unique air spring drive system (similar to Metabo HPT's pneumatic line) that uses compressed air to drive each nail resulting in zero ramp up time, increased shooting speed, recoil that feels like a pneumatic nailer, quicker response time between drives, better flush driving even at an angle, and easy maintenance.
- Freedom from cumbersome air hose and compressor saves time in setup, during applications and in jobsite clean up
- For chair rail, moulding, cabinetry and other finish applications
- Angled magazine holds 100 15-gauge angled fasteners from 1 1/4-in up to 2 1/2-in in length
- Selective actuation switch transitions between sequential mode and bump fire mode when rapid nailing is preferred
- Compatible with Metabo HPT's 18 V lithium-ion slide type battery and 36 V MultiVolt battery (sold separately)
- Capable of driving up to 1100 nails per charge
- Dry-fire lockout prevents nailer activation when nail count is low
- Low battery indicator light allows the user to see battery power status to prevent unexpected downtime, automatic power shut off after 30 minutes of inactivity for added safety
- Product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime from the original purchase date, as long as parts are available

Metabo 15Ga Cordless 18v Nailer
Long story but I was in the market for a Dewalt 20v 15ga Nailer. Wound up buying the Metabo 18v 15ga Nailer after reading on line reviews. All the reviews are correct that the best buy was Metabo. It is more powerful and durable. Yes it weights a little more but the weight difference is not noticeable. I also own a Hitachi Compound Angle Sliding 8 1/2 Saw. I have owned it for 15+ years. It still works as good as new and it has seen a lot of work. All I can say is if you want a quality durable product you cannot beat the Metabo line dollar for dollar. You'll be glad you bought one.

Hard working tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I restore old wood floors since 1982 in Florida where termite damage is normal. Replacing boards is a challenge. Wood floors are typically a hardwood mostly oak floors in my area. I've been using this gun for over 5 years and just recently had two charge the air tank because the nails weren't being driven as far. This gun served me very well, so well I bought a second after 5 years until I could fix first one which now works as good as its first day. I like this gun so much that I bought the framing nailer. Metabo HPT is hikoki in Japan and they have some fantastic tools you can only buy in Japan and hopefully they'll make it here.

Makes Trim Work Easy and Fast Even In The Dark!
Needed a 15G nail gun for finish trim on a shed. Since I already have a Metabo HPT Framing Nailer, their Finish Nailer was an easy choice. It has lots of power and is fairly light and easy to use up on a tall ladder. Because it’s dark outside at 530p, the integrated LED stays on and was able to light up dark shadows so I could finish. When I ran out of nails, I used the gun as a flashlight to track me back to garage.

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 15 gauge nailer is awesome I used it primarily for sitting interior doors and nailing on exterior trim and siding it always stinks the nails below the surface I have shot hundreds of nails through it all ready and only experienced 2 jams that's pretty good and I'm sure it'll get better as it wears is in overtime highly recommend this nailer over DeWalt and Milwaukee

The wave of the future
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very capable nailer. Super portable, well balanced, powerful, and responsive. No rev up or lag time between a trigger pull and firing the nail. It really is a solid tool. Granted, it is heavy, but it is not over much. I have run trim all day long with this nailer, and not tripping over a hose, or dragging a compressor from room to room is great, worth the trade off. At this point, as a trim and finish carpenter, I don't have a single air nailer- cordless is the future!

Awesome finish nailer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the NT1865DMA(S) long enough to run 5000 nails through it and it performs as well as the pnuematic day in and day out. The nailer has a nice range of depth, leaves a clean hole for filling and is takes practically no time to set up. I never realized how many hours a month I spent rolling out cords and hoses, oiling guns, patching hoses. It's a time saver and let's face it"Time Is Money". I highly recommend
