Great Hitachi performance and warranty
It delivers that great performance you would expect from a Hitachi nail gun, minus the need for and air hose and compressor. Within the recommended pressure-range, it drives every nail flushed or countersunk. Every time. No misfires. The only notable drawback is the weight, but this is evened out by the lack of an air hose and compressor to haul around. The slightly offset nose is a practical non-issue (as with any nail gun, the body will either fit into a given space or it won't). Considering the current (introductory) price, I'd say it's a "fair-to-good" value. At a 15–25% sale price, it would be a "very good" or "great" value.

Hitachi 15 Gauge cordless nailer
Works well, appears to be well made. If you are looking for a 15 gauge cordless nailer it is worth considering. I bought it because I was impressed with Hitachi's line of pneumatic nailers. I only use 15 gauge nailers for a few specific tasks so I was looking to avoid having to pull out my compressor.
The only cons I see to this are the weight (about twice the weight) of my pneumatic nailer and the top plate when clearing a jam only raises up about a 1/2 inch which makes it a little tricky to clear a jam.
The temperature operating range is listed at between 23 degrees Fahrenheit and "hot" - maybe I will find out this summer what the upper range is.

Completely Unable to Do My Job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I install siding on new house and was hoping to get cordless. It's a pain trailing an air hose up extension ladder and scaffoldings. Unfortunately, this couldn't even come close to doing the job.
The trim is either 3/4" or 1" MDF, with 1/2" OSB and the gable behind it. This gun wouldn't drive 2 1/2" nails more than half way in.
Halfway through the first day trying to get it to work, the driver broke and it sounded like the gears stripped out. It immediately went back, thinking maybe it was a faulty tool. The second one does the exact same thing, though. It's definitely not up to the standards they claim.

Fantastic tool
I love this nail gun. I do entry way and storm door installs and this tool is perfect for nailing up trim and pack outs. Love the fact it has no ramp up time and I can just fire the nail. Makes putting up trim and pack outs much faster especially when you use bump fire mode. Another nice thing is the nail gun works with any brand of straight 16G finish nails 1"-2 1/2". I only wish the depth drive adjustment had a dial with numbers (like Dewalt has) on it so you can just set it to whatever depth is desired rather than the quarter turns this one uses. The depth adjustment is the only thing I dislike about this nail gun.

Upgrade from yellow and black competitor gun!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I had my first battery operated angle nailer, I felt like I was at a different level. While it was a cool yellow and black nail gun it was heavy and the flywheel was kinda cool. Well it all ended when I got it stolen. So I needed a nail gun and I planned on getting a battery one. I looked at the red and black, considered the yellow and black but then Hitachi comes out with the upgraded brushless 15ga angle nailer!!! Wow!! It is awesome!!! Definitely a game changer. I used my angle gun for fence repairs/ installing trim and crown molding. I used nails from 1 1/2- 2 1/2 and so far no nail jams and with the depth adjuster I rarely use my nail punch and hammer. I can go and install baseboard in a room without running a hose and compressor. Makes jobs so much easier and I get pay faster. Hitachi does it again.!!!!!

Amazing
Yes it is heavier, but the ease of portability and not having to set up an air compressor to nail for a while is a great benefit. I lost the plastic tip and Hitachi sent me a new one next day. Great service from a company that is putting out much better tools than the previous lineup. These are much better than the DeWalt nailers. I use the 20v DeWalt tools and have more than a dozen but very glad to use this nailer over my DeWalt. Instant nail shots. No ramp up time. Really happy with this Hitachi.

Power
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Power is lacking for hardwoods. I have run this nailer for 3 years now. It’s my go to nailer because who wants a hose when you don’t need one. I really dislike the depth of drive. I have returned it and switched it for a new one to make sure I didn’t have a bad one. The gun needs to be send from the factory wait more power. The depth adjustment is great but in order to Sink nails I need to remove my bumper and that marks my wood. I would give this a 5 star if it just had an extra 30 psi on the internal compressor. I would love to have someone tune it up for me.

Couldn't be any happier
Great nailer, came with extra free battery, and charged in like 45 mins, I've never used a nailer so the only challenge for me was figuring out how to load nails. Just slide nails through bottom, as far as weight, don't really mind it no oils or hoses to worry about. Used about 800 nails so far without a jam. Build shoe rack with opening of 8"x14" and cubical with openings of 12"x12" in a closet no bigger than 2'6"x6' so it was tight in there but still managed to build it in place and need I remind you not a carpenter by any means. Best money ever spent.
