Good buy for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had our appliance about a month but it has been working fine. We really wanted a bottom freezer in white but couldn’t find one. A shelf in the top freezer would be nice and also solid shelves inside the freezer door. If you try and put like frozen vegetable boxes in it they slip right out underneath.

Door seal needs improvement.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 30-inch top freezer refrigerator at the beginning of May. I needed to use a hairdryer to get the refrigerator door seal to make contact with the frame. Otherwise it seems to be working well.

Maytag products are bad, customer support is worse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't give Maytag zero stars so they have to get one. Previously I wrote a review on how my fridge compressor had died in a three year old fridge. I had to pay for a costly repair on the road as this fridge is in my RV. When I called customer service they put me on hold for an hour and a half and I eventually hung up. So today I get an email from Maytag saying "sorry you aren't happy how can we help?". It comes from an email address I can't reply to and the instructions are to call customer support so they can help. That's hilarious Maytag. Call customer support? The ones that give you the run around and never answer? How about live chat? oh yeah, pick from one of the three irrelevant options, yes, those are the only choices. This is a non offer to help and typical corporate run around. Companies used to actually care about their customers and provide real support for their products, Maytag does not care. I will never buy another Maytag product even if the competitor costs more.

Small but Roomy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this refrigerator a few weeks but so far I am very happy. This refrigerator is 4 cu feet smaller than my last refrigerator but it feels just as roomy. I especially like the shelf in the freezer which allows me to see items in the back and not have to move everything. The glass shelves were a must for me and look great. Some reviews mentioned the noise level. I haven't noticed that it is too noisy and so far cleaning the stainless has been easy.

Recommended Settings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the new refrigerator but have found the recommended settings are not keeping items cold enough. For example ice cream. But otherwise, thank you for a good product. We will experiment with the temperatures.
